Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! But if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Conditions

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at blocmachineworks@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Review: Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Ship It: Please do not send items back without first requesting a return; we won't be able to track them!

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Most banks take 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.

  • Shipping Costs: The calculated cost for shipping will be deducted from your refund, this will be similar to the amount you paid for shipping when ordering.
